• Loan to Value: Up to 75% “as complete”
• Interest rate: Starting at 7.99% (Interest payable as funds drawn)
• Property Types: Office, industrial, retail, multi-family/condos, self storage, entitled land, infill residential construction and mobile home parks
• Term: 12 months with extensions
• Prepay penalty: None
• Guarantees: Non-recourse except carve-outs and completion guarantees
• Origination fee: 3-4 points plus small exit fee
